Kao USA’s Bioré has launched two Cleansing Micellar Waters — Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Micellar Water for combination skin and Charcoal Cleansing Micellar Water for oily skin. 

The cleanser doesn’t require rubbing or rinsing — and can be used anywhere, no sink required. It will remove the most challenging cat-eye liner and bold lip stain, the company says, with a swipe of a cotton pad.

Bioré says the formula is based on Japanese technology with proprietary ingredients, and a higher concentration of micellar cleansing agents as compared to other micellular waters. The charcoal formula is a detoxifying black hue and the baking soda formula is a refreshing blue.
